Terms & Conditions
- There is no limit to the number of different businesses you can refer.
- You cannot refer yourself.
- You cannot refer the same person/business more than once.
- The referred business must close, sign the agreement & submit their payment within 3 months of the submission date. Referrals which do not become clients within this date will not be eligible for a referral fee.
- Referral commissions are capped at 10% (after your 3rd referral), however, there may be further commission-based opportunities for those who have referred 3 people or more.
- The referred client must use the referral code provided, for you to receive your commission.
- Referral commissions will be sent to the referrer within 7 days via Paypal or bank transfer (from when the person referred has signed the agreement and paid).
- Referrals will only be eligible if the referred company is not already in conversation with K4 UX via any other channel.
- There is only one reward for each Referred company/organisation referred. K4 UX will notify the Referrer if the Referred company/organisation has previously been referred.
- Referrals will be deemed ineligible if an existing client refers their company or franchisee.
- The Referrer may be named in communication between K4 UX and the referred business.
- The reward will only be issued for valid referrals once the new customer has signed a contract to become a K4 UX client.
- The K4 UX referral scheme is available to UK residents only.
- In the event of any disputes regarding any Referred company/organisation, the decision of K4 UX is final.
- Any rewards from this scheme should be declared in your annual tax return or declared as a benefit in kind.
- If a Referrer does not receive a referral reward, a claim must be raised for consideration to kailem@k4uxmarketing.com within 90 days of the submission of the referral form. Any claims made after 90 days will not be eligible for a Referral fee*
